Every order ships from Virginia, packed by hand. Each product page notes the piece's timing — pieces arrive within two weeks of your order date, and in-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days.

Pieces arrive within two weeks of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Pieces in stock with us ship within 2–3 business days. You'll get an email the moment your order ships, with tracking — plus updates along the way: order confirmed, shipped, and delivered. We'd rather give you a real window than a rosy one. If anything changes, you'll hear it from us first.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate $8.95 on all US orders; free US shipping on orders over $150. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. We currently only ship in the US.
Wrong Address
Double-check your address at checkout — once an order ships, we can't reroute it. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, email hello@thelaviejolie.com and we'll sort it out together.
Damages
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery to hello@thelaviejolie.com and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, the shipping, our treat.
